Who we are

Revintl is an AI-native marketing intelligence company for B2B founders. The data controller for this site is Revintl. You can reach us at contact@revintl.ai.

What we collect

We collect two categories of information:

• Information you give us through the contact form: first name, last name, work email, role, company, company website, the capabilities you are interested in, what you are trying to solve, and how you heard about us.
• Standard web analytics: which pages were viewed, the referring source, the device type, the approximate location, and how visitors move through the site. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, which sets cookies on your device. We may also load conversion tags from advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads to measure the performance of campaigns we run.

You can opt out of analytics and advertising cookies through the consent controls on the site or through your browser settings.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and prepare for a strategy call if we both want one.
• To understand which content and pages are useful, so we can publish more of what readers come for.
• To meet legal, security, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not buy, enrich, or scrape additional data about you from third parties.

Third parties we rely on

To run this site and respond to inquiries, we use a small number of vendors. Each receives only the data needed to do its job:

• Resend (resend.com) processes the contact form submission so we can receive it as email.
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google LLC) process page-view and event data so we can understand how the site is used.
• Advertising platforms we work with, including LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads, may receive conversion events when visitors arrive from one of our campaigns.
• Our hosting provider serves the website to your browser and processes standard server logs.

Each vendor is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. We choose vendors that align with the principles in this policy.

Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies for security and basic functionality. With your consent, we also set analytics and advertising cookies through Google Tag Manager. You can change your choice at any time through the consent controls on the site or your browser settings. Declining analytics and advertising cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained while we are in active conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterward as part of our business records. If we do not enter an engagement, we delete the submission within 24 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Aggregate analytics are retained for up to 24 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to certain uses, or receive a portable copy. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@revintl.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Revintl operates internationally. Where personal data crosses borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where relevant.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage or in our standard communications for a reasonable period.
